Founder and Director Victoria O’Connor brings a strong blend of people insight and commercial understanding, underpinned by a Humanities and Social Sciences degree majoring in Psychology and more than eight years’ corporate recruitment experience. Her background enables her to read beyond the CV, balancing behavioural fit, growth potential and business needs when advising clients and candidates.
